1. Human Capital Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description:

The position holder will be responsible for several key areas but not limited to:

Assisting in managing the recruitment process for open positions. This includes developing targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, conducting initial interviews to assess fit, and coordinating the overall selection process.

Providing comprehensive employee relations support. This involves managing employee communications, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and labor regulations.

Collaborating in designing and coordinating training programs. to ensure employees develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Skill and educational background

A minimum of BSC, BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study.

Experience: 3 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and benefit administration etc activities preferably in the banking industry.

2. Senior IT Security Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Description:

Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to safeguard the bank’s systems, networks, and data.
Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate threats.
Perform incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
Implement and manage security controls to protect sensitive data, systems, and networks.
Stay current on evolving security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing necessary updates and security patches.
Collaborate with IT operations, business units, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
Provide security awareness training and education to employees.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: MSC, MA, BSc, BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Technology or related fields of study.

Experience: Five (5) years of Proven experience in security risk management, security incident response, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, and security architecture design.

3. Senior Human Capital Officer

Partnering with managers to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic objectives.
