1. Customer Service Officer III

Job Summary 

The position holder is responsible for coordinating the cash movement of the bank and responding to cash requests from Branches in a proactive manner, and managing and organizing cheque clearance activity and preparing, revising and follow-up the bank’s budget.

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Expereince: At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as CSO I/II level or equivalent

2. Deputy Banking Center Manager II

Location: For Shire Banking Center

Salary: Attractive Salary and Benefits

Job Summary 

The position holder is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the functions of the banking Center; ensure its effective operations and achievement of the strategy of the bank and assigned targets; oversee the day-to day activities, deposit mobilization, processing of credit, trade service request and other retail banking services; ensure that the activities of the banking centre are performed in line with policies and procedures of the Bank and relevant NBE directives.

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Expereince: At least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years as Senior Officer/CSO III or 1 year as Principal Officer in a Supervisory role.

3. Banking Center Manager

Location: For Batu (Ziway), Oromia

Salary: Attractive Salary and Benefits

Job Descrioption:

Ensuring achievement of the Bank’s strategy and the effective operation of the Banking Center;
Manages the Branches financial Target including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation, FX generation;
Also work to expand the customer base, champion digital banking and IB usage;
Work to maximize customer satisfaction;
Encourage creativity and innovation at the Branch level for Bank level impact;
Work to create empowered and engaged workforce at a Branch;

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Expereince: At least eight (6) years of progressive relevant experience with a minimum of two (2) years as Branch Manager.
