Job Summary
The Primary role of the Unit Leader-Distribution is to lead, develop, advise and support the successful implementation of the distribution strategy. To support the implementation of the business plans to deliver the strategic priorities of long term growth opportunities by leveraging scale and building fundamental processes, systems and people capabilities.
The Unit Leader-Distribution will report directly to the Distribution Manager and will be managing a team of supervisors.
Skill and educational background
First Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 5 years relevant logistics experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of logistics operations in FMCG organizations
Experience in logistics and business software systems(ERP)
3. Team Leader Distribution
Place of work: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
The position holder is structured to report to the Distribution Manager and will be responsible to lead the execution of the Distribution plan, ensuring that product is delivered safely, effectively and efficiently in full and on time to all our customers.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in logistics environment
