Awach SACCO Is a saving and credit cooperative established on 13/07/1999 E.C. in Arada Sub-city by Mr. Zerihun Sheleme, founder and general manager with 41 initial members.

1: Credit Follow-Up Officer

Skill and educational background

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Cooperative Accounting and Related Fields from a well-known University with CGPA >2.5
Experience:

Two (2) and more years of demonstrated work experience
Required No. 2

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Awach SACCOS, Head Office)

2: Journalist

Skill and educational background

Bachelor Degree in Journalism, or Communication or Journalism and Communication from a well-known university.
Experience:

Two (2) and more years of demonstrated work experience with CGPA: >2.5

3: Executive Secretary

Skill and educational background

Diploma in Secretarial Science and who have a COC
CGPA 2.5 and above
Experience:

Two (2) and more years of demonstrated work experience

4: Credit Portfolio Manager

Skill and educational background

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Cooperative Accounting and Related Fields from a well-known University with CGPA >2.5.
Experience:

six (6) and more years of demonstrated work experience on credit portfolio at least two years of them at the Manager level
Required No. 1 (One)

5: Information Technology Department Head

Skill and educational background

MSC/BSC in Computer Science, MIS, software engineering.
Experience:

For MSC (5 years) or if it is BSC (8 Years) proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant IT experience;
Served as Department Head for Banking or financial institution for a minimum 3 years;
Proven experience on cyber security and related information security tasks.

6: Secretary

Skill and educational background

Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science or related field of study.
Experience:

One year of demonstrated work experience.

BA, MA, or PhD holder and graduated with Project Management, Management, IT and any related field of study.
Experience:

6 Years for BA/BSc holders and 4Years for MA/MSc or above and proven work Experience in project management
