1. Alternate Channel Administrator ATM/POS

Job Summary:

The position holder is responsible for the development of ATM/POS related home digital solutions/platforms and providing system support. In addition, the role holder is responsible to demonstrate the ability to interpret and articulate business needs and provide business solutions.

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Experience:At least four (4) years relevant experience.

Technical Competency Required:

Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Extensive experience in systems and storage capacity management, maintenance, forecasting and lifecycle planning focused on business requirements.
Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.
Experience in VMware virtualization design, build and administration.
Understanding and experience in Tandem/BASE24 – in TAL development on BASE24 online modules
Good understanding of Cards and Payments processing
Experience in multiple BASE24 modules including ATM Device Handler (N50/NDC+); POS Device Handler (AS2805); Interchange interface modules (AS2805 and ISO8583) and Schemes modules (VISA, MDS, BNET)
Experience in software: ACI-BASE24, Pathway, MasterCard and VISA network, XPNET 3.0, FINSIM, PRM-SEIP Interface, and TCP/IP for Tandem.
Experience with SQL administration and SQL toolsets

Experience:At least four (4) years relevant experience.

Required Technical Competency:

Understands the basic mechanisms of general systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.
Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
Hands-on knowledge of configuration management tools.
Understands the basic mechanisms of general in VMware virtualization design, build and administration.
Understands the basic mechanisms of general with SQL administration and SQL toolsets.

3. Digital End User Officer

Job Summary:

The Digital End User Officer is responsible for promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations, ensuring alternate channel service and activities of the Bank is running smoothly and efficiently.

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Business Administration and Information System, Marketing or any other equivalent field. Professional qualifications in IT will be an added advantage.

Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Salary: As per the Bank’s attractive salary scale

Required Competency:

Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines.
Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and other office
