AdIB is established by diversified groups of shareholders, Cooperatives, Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), Iddirs, other business organizations and individual citizens. The major shareholders of the Bank are Cooperatives and their members.

The Cooperatives are mainly engaged in the provision of financial services, export business, manufacturing and services.The members of the major shareholders are mainly low and middle income citizens. The Micro Finance Institutions also address the financial needs of the “Unbanked” citizens.

1: BRANCH ACCOUNTANT I

Skill and educational background

First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management

Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience

Required No.:7

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adigrat, Aksum, Mekelle, Aweday

2: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Skill and educational background

First Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related fields

Experience: 1 year of experience as a Graduate Trainee

Required No.:11

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adigrat, Aksum, Mekelle, Aweday

 3: BRANCH CASHIER I

Skill and educational background

First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management

Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience

Required No.:8

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adigrat, Aksum, Mekelle, Aweday

4: BRANCH MANAGER I

Skill and educational background

First Degree in Accounting /Banking /Management or related field

Experience: 6 years of banking experience at branch level; four of which in supervisory positions

Required No.:4

Place of Work: Arerti, Adigrat, Aksum. Mekelle
