1 . Branch Manager G – I.

skill and education  Requirement

  • BA in Banking & Finance/ Accounting/ Business Administration/ Economics/ Management or any other related fields.
    Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of relevant banking experience of which at least 2 years as Senior Officer in banking operation position.

Purpose of the Job
To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch

Generic Functions:
Prepare /review work plans / budgets of the branch and monitor its execution;
Embody the bank’s good culture & corporate image ;
Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by same and manage disciplinary concerns;
Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;
Mentor and coach subordinates towards effective career development;

Specific Functions:
Plan and lead the enhancement of the resource mobilization activity of the branch by organizing and effectively coordinating the branch workforce;
Aggressively engage in marketing and promotional activities by communicating with customers about the products and services available in the bank;
summary accounts of the branch and apply strict follow-up on controllable expenses;
Ensure that transactions are authorized immediately and end-of-business cycle processes are done on a timely basis

2. Reward and Employee Service Office

skill and education  Requirement

  • BA in Management/ Business Management/ Public Administration or any other related fields
    Experience: 3 years of relevant experience of which one/1 year officer position.

Purpose of the Job
To incentivize workforce, raise the moral and level of satisfaction of outstanding performers, create enthusiasm, interest and innovation in work among employees, promote the culture of acknowledgment and manage employee benefit services including insurance, leaves, safety, health, working conditions and other employee services.

Generic Functions:
Participate in developing, reviewing and implementing policies & procedures, plan /budget, performance report of the division;
Provide services as per the service level agreement;
Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set;
Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices;
Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank

Specific Functions:
Participate in the development the reward, recognition, incentive, and benefit package of the bank
Provide overall expertise in all aspects of reward and employee service to sustain a high-performance work culture which attracts and engages necessary talent;
Provide employee benefits programs such as insurance, leaves, safety, health working conditions and other employee services and keep records safe;
Collect and compile relevant data to develop comprehensive rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effective for the bank.
Handles payments, benefits and various requests of employees;
Handle other related duties as may be required

3 . Senior Collateral Valuator

skill and education  Requirement

  •  B.Sc. in Engineering or any other related fields
    Experience: 5 years of relevant experience preferably in Banking Industry of which 2 years on officer position.

Purpose of the Job:
To support effective credit decision making of the Bank by ensuring accurate and fair valuation of property pledged for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines

Essential Functions:
Participate in the development, implementation, and review of collateral valuation standards and practices of the bank;
Observe an in-depth assessment on properties by physically visiting;
Undertakes, in accordance with the appropriate guidelines, valuation of buildings and other construction works for collateral or foreclosure purposes
Prepares procedure and formats to facilitate the gathering of data for technical evaluation;
Prepare bill of quantities and specification for work items not included in the guideline;
Prepare and report project status report for properties held as collateral, and project financing;
Monitor changes in bylaws to determine any effects on properties being appraised.
Studies location and trends that could influence future value of property;
Handle other related duties as may be required.

 4 .Security Guard – I (Male)

skill and education  Requirement

  •  10th/12th Grade Complete
    Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
    Age: Between 25-50

5 .Security Guard – I (female)

  •  10th/12th Grade Complete
    Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
    Age: Between 25-50

Purpose of the Job:
To support the Bank’s operation through maintaining safety and security of the organization and its personnel and ensuring secured customer services with welcoming environment.

Generic Functions:
Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Specific Functions:
Avert inventory losses by reporting missing items, inconsistencies and damaged property
Use radio or other communication devices in a clear and concise manner, if appropriate
Prepare written reports of daily activities, observations and incidents
Keep an eye on the entrance and exit to prevent theft and ensure workplace security
Handle other related duties as may be required.
