1.Sales Development Representative- US Time Zone

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Cold calling, using a given phone directory to sell products.
• Following up on warm leads (potential clients)
• Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
• Evaluating and suggesting modifications to the sales script
• Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Keeping records of calls and sales and record useful information
• Utilizing Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
• Identifying prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Building long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
• Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
• Reporting to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results products.

Skills and educational background

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. (Fluency in English is mandatory)
• BA/BS degree preferred and 1-3 years of professional
• work experience in technology sales (preferred but not required)
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
