1. Logistic, Fleet & Asset Management Officer
Location: Addis Ababa, Yeka Sub-city Woreda 04, House No 2392, around Wesen Area, Addis Ababa

Overall Responsibilities:
Working with and reporting to the Finance and Operation Head, the Logistic, Fleet & Asset Management Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective management of PAD vehicles, assets, and equipment by coordinating logistics, maintenance, and repair services to ensure proper functioning and extended life of assets. Additionally, the position requires preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports related to asset management, logistics, and fleet services.
Skill and educational background
- BA Degree and above in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, and any related field of studies.
Expereince: At least Three years of relevant experience in Logistic, Fleet & Asset Management
Other Requirements:
Team player with excellent Logistic, Fleet & Asset Management management skills
Skilled computer literacy in all Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge of Logistic, Fleet & Asset Management
Ability to produce reports on time
Fluency in written and spoken English

2. Grant & Compliance Officer
Location: Addis Ababa, Yeka Sub-city Woreda 04, House No 2392, around Wesen Area, Addis Ababa
Salary: As per organizational scale
Overall Responsibilities:
Working with and reporting to the Finance and Operation Head, the Grant & Compliance Officer will be responsible for financial oversight, compliance, and grant management of the program. Manage the grant and ensure funding is spent according to Pad and donors’ regulations and the respective implementing partner’s policies and rules. Work closely with the program and finance team and sub-grantee finance teams to ensure the effective use of resources in order to achieve the program/project objectives in compliance with the donor requirements and regulations.
Skill and educational background
- BA Degree and above in Accounting and Finance, Management, and any related field of studies.
- Expereince: At least Three years of relevant experience in Grant Management.
Other Requirements:
Team player with excellent grant management and communication skills
Skilled computer literacy in all Microsoft Office programs, and Peachtree Accounting software
Knowledge of various donors’ financial policy and procedures
Ability to produce donor reports on time
Fluency in written and spoken English
