Job Summary:
The customer Experience Officer will be the voice of the customer responsible for identifying key pain points/opportunities across the end-to-end customer experience. This involves all aspects of data collection, analysis, reporting, and presentation to deliver customer insights and recommendations to maximize the company’s customer experience.
Skill and educational background
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field of study
- Experience: 0–1 years of work experience is required.
Language: Tigrigna proficiency is advantageous

Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is a key role that works close to the market for Ethio Chicken and is primarily responsible and accountable for selection of new agents/growers and further development of existing agents in the Region. The sales manager ensures consistent, sales growth through appointment agents at each Woreda, deployment and management, review performance of sales personnel. The position demands high level of professionalism and relationship skill to influence stake holders. It requires intensive travel in the territory for monitoring and sales maximization. This position is performed with little supervision and requires initiative, high energy and judgment, consistent hungry for results.
