1. Branch Relationship Officer

Skill and educational background

Bachelor Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.Trainings and courses in banking operations (IFB, domestic, credit and international banking operations)

Experience: Minimum of four (4) years successful experience in banking or customer contact role

Required Technical Competency:
Business development skills to effectively segment the target market, gather market intelligence and identify opportunities for the Bank to sell its products.
Commercial awareness to understand and apply commercial and financial principles to business thinking.
Strong networking skills to establish mutually beneficial relationships with other business people and potential clients and customers in order to grow business.
Relationship Management skills to effectively perform Relationship Management activities/tasks in a manner that consistently achieves high quality standards.
Knowledge of Interest Free Banking (IFB) operations, IFB Deposit & Investment/financing products.

Knowledge and experience in modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks to provide guidance on quality improvements and operational changes.
Good knowledge and effective application of all relevant banking policies, processes, procedures and guidelines to consistently achieve required compliance standards or benchmarks.

BA Degree from Police or Military College. Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent, are advantageous.

Experience:Minimum of Eight (8) years relevant experience out of which two (2) years at middle or line management post.

Required Technical Competency:
Understand the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Proven knowledge of safety and security regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to the industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess Safety & Security risks, develop strategies, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the Bank.
Experience in crisis management, emergency response, and incident investigation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with security management software systems.
Familiarity with integrating various security systems such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and alarm systems into a cohesive and centralized security infrastructure.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and video analytics software for real-time monitoring, threat detection, and forensic analysis of video footage to identify security incidents and anomalies.
Experience in logistics
