1:  Product sourcing and Market Research Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Sourcing and Market Research Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality products from various suppliers, conducting market research to inform our product strategy, and ensuring that we stay ahead of market trends.

Skill and educational background

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business management, or related field.
Proven experience in product sourcing or procurement roles within an ecommerce or retail environment is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including vendor evaluation techniques.
Proficient in conducting comprehensive market research using various tools (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to gather customer insights.
Excellent negotiation skills along with a strong ability to build relationships with suppliers.
Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
Familiarity with ethical sourcing practices is preferred.
· Self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
· 4 Years’ experience. Work experience in e-commerce company is privileged.

2: Commercial Manager, Marketplace

Skill and educational background

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
– Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce trends.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
– Effective communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Familiarity with technology platforms and tools used in e-commerce operations is a plus.

 3:Merchant Onboarding Representatives

Skill and educational background

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present information to potential merchants.
A smartphone with an Android version of 8.0 or higher and a good camera to facilitate the onboarding process.
Willingness to work on tight schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
A track record of meeting targets and achieving goals.
Previous experience in merchant registration or sales is highly desirable and will be considered an additional advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
