1. IT Project Manager
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Skill and Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law or any other related field. Advanced degrees are a plus. Furthermore, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRICE 2, Agile or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Expereince: Preferably 3+ years of experience in a Project Management or consultancy, with a focus on core insurance systems and other related Projects. Type of employment condition can be a contract or permanent. Please refer to the link to see the job specification in detail.
Language: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
2.Senior Project Managment Officer
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Law or any other related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PRICE 2, Agile or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Expereince: Preferably 2+ years of experience in a Project Management or consultancy, with a focus on core insurance systems and others related.
In-depth knowledge of insurance industry processes and products.
Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Technical background and familiarity with insurance system technologies, databases, and integration methods.
Language: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
3. Senior Underwriting Officer
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
At least 5 years work Experience in Insurance sector of which two years as Underwriting officer I and II
Language: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
4. Senior Claims Officer
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Skill and educational background
At least 5 years of experience with at least Two years as claim officer II
Language: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
