Job Summary
To maintain adherence to a company’s policy in enhancing client relations, export documentation officers maintain contact with customers to inform them on the status of their shipments. He/she will be responsibilities maintaining an open office communication line for answering clients’ questions and providing helpful information to other callers.
Skill and educational background
BA degree in logistic supply chain management, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing or related field of study.
Minimum 4 years’ of work experience out of which 2 years Senior documentation officer in Import and export preferable in FMG Company.
Required Skills:
Proven work experience as a Documentation Specialist or similar role

2. Human Resource Information System Expert

Job Summary
To provide accurate, timely and appropriate HR information by properly recording and organizing human resources related data and preserve the Company’s employee Information and data by safe keeping of permanent records and historically valuable documents.
Skill and educational background
BA in Human Resource Management/Management Information System/Business Information System/Business Administration/Management or related fields.
2 years’ experience and above
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR information in the Human Resource Information System.
Prepares and provides appropriate, timely and accurate HR information to support the Company’s strategy development, decision-making and improve the effectiveness of HR services.
Supports the development, implementation and continued operation of the Company’s HR strategies and initiatives by providing accurate and appropriate information as required.
Develops and delivers a range of regular and ad hoc HR reports and analysis, covering all aspects of HR including workforce diversity profile, turnover, reward, recruitment, staff development, promotions, personal review and development plans (appraisal), grievances, disciplinary actions, sickness, absenteeism, etc.
Organizes archival records and develops classification system to facilitate access to archival materials.
Acquires and processes new archival materials and maintain records of document.
Receives Stores, issues and returns file catalog cards according to system used.
Checks items in and out of archival and removes out dated items in consultation with manager.
Supports the preparation of information for surveys.
Supports the design, selection and implementation or modification of HRIS and other HR computer solutions.
Maintains the confidentiality and integrity of all HR information in accordance with the Company’s policy, procedure and codes of practice.
Partners with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries.
Sequentially files all documents in the employee’s official personal record /OPR folder and file in appropriate cabinet.
Maintains the secretary of information availed to him /her.
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

3. Out Growers Support & Certification Officer

Job Summary
Responsible to recruit farmers, training them and supporting them on implementing certifications rules and regulations. Also responsible for Overall compliance at production sites and farmers/community relations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as focal person for all certification and standards-related needs
Recruits and registers farmers, signs an agreement on behalf of the Company
Trains outgrowing farmers in annual basis and provide technical support
Recruits, trains and mobilizes internal inspectors
Plans and undertakes internal inspections
Undertakes yield estimation and reports it to site managers and the certification department
Organizes field data, makes an updates
Prepares certification documents and submits on timely basis
Prepares traceability documentation and makes a follow up
Monitors the implementation of policy documents, quality manuals, Standard Operational Procedures, at site level
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Skill and educational background
BSC in Environmental science, Agriculture, Natural resource Management, or other related fields.
