The job holder is responsible for managing security-related registration processes and reporting activities; focuses on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency in security-related transactions and disclosures.
Skill and educational background
Bachelor Degree or above in Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or a field related to the Job function from an Accredited or recognized learning institution.
Expereince: 4 years of experience preferably in receiving, reviewing, and processing applications and data, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, due diligence, documentation management, financial report preparation and risk assessment in financial institutions or other organizations engaging on such assignments.
