Skill and educational background

  •  First Degree or post-graduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant experience with the first degree and 2 years of relevant experience

Place of work:   Hawassa, Sidama

 2: LIFE SKILLS TRAINER

Skill and educational background

  •  Diploma/Degree in, Sociology, Psychology, Gender, Teaching, or other related social science fields.
  • Experience: 2-5 years related work experience.

Place of work:   Boricha, Sidama

Salary: As per the company scale

 3: FINANCE OFFICER

Skill and educational background

  •  First Degree or post-graduate degree in Accounting and Finance and related fields
  • Experience: 3 year for Degree/2 year for Post Graduate

Place of work:   Hawassa, Sidama

4: PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTT

Skill and educational background

  • College/university degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience for diploma holders or 1-year relevant work experience for first degree experience as program admin assistant, procurement, financial management or related work.

5: Senior Gender Advisor

Skill and educational background

  •  University degree in gender, sociology, women studies, international development, economics, business administration or related field required.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in international development roles related to gender, preferably on sanitation and/or market-based approaches programming.
