1.Senior Site Engineer
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineers for our client Sunshine Construction to join their dynamic construction team.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee and inspect construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and document daily/weekly progress reports and logs.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues during construction.
- Manage and supervise assigned construction crews and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and suppliers.
- Estimate material and labor requirements and maintain project budgets.
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to building standards.
- Implement safety protocols and procedures at the construction site.
- Document and report accidents and incidents promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay informed of advancements in construction techniques and regulations.
Skill and educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- More than 4 years of experience working as a Site Engineer on high rise buildings.
- Strong understanding of high-rise building codes, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software.
