1 . Accountant
Skill and educational background
- B.Sc. Degree in Accounting with two (2) years of related work experience
Responsibilities:
Keep and record all accounting transactions
Prepare schedule of receivables, payables, fixed assets, etc. from subsidiary ledger monthly.
Prepare bank reconciliation monthly.
Prepare periodic inventory level and sales reports
Prepare financial statements
Prepare payrolls for the staff of the company;
2 . Marketing and Sales Officer
Skill and educational background
- B.Sc. Degree in Marketing Management with two (2) years of related work experience.
Responsibilities:
Continuously update with thorough knowledge of products and systems.
Identify Potential customers, establish rapport and work on needs.
Organize regular customer’s visit and compile report.
Maintain comprehensive records and analysis reports of all sales activities.
Develop a detailed data base of potential new customer/clients for the business;
Collect and analyze statistics on marketable products, target customers, competitors, market volumes etc.;
Organize and carry out all promotional activities;
Organize and attend trade shows and exhibitions when assigned;
Prepare and maintain all promotional materials;
Manage and update Company web site;
