Job Summary:
The purpose of the Area Sales Officer is to implement sales and Revenue achievement through customer focused service, Account development, order generation, Merchandizing and Delivery to ensure sales efficiency and coverage, and upholding the company reputation at all times.

BA Degree graduate in sales, Marketing and Business Management.

Experience: Two years of experience in FMCG industry.

3. Area Sales Manager – Hawassa

Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving the target and maintaining a smooth & healthy discipline in finance.
The Area Sales Manager is in charge of the Primary & secondary sales of assigned Distributors / Territories/ Accounts

Skill and educational background

The candidate should ideally have Degree in Business Management/ Marketing .
Demonstrated track-record and ability to manage Distributors/Agents ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
Driving License (Preferable)
minimum of 3years of experience in Up country sales or similar role

This position holder Overseeing financial operations at all plant level, including … Collaborating with plant management to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, identify cost -reduction opportunities and enhance profitability.

Skill and educational background

MSc in Finance and Accounting/MBA /Part Qualified Accountant
7-9 years financial, commercial & market experience in accounting/analytical roles with FMCG sector experience and experience of managing teams.
Functional knowledge of manufacturing finance, Inventory & cost accounting is a must with 7 to 9 years of experience with FMCG background. There should be 2 to 3 years of experience in supervisory role and handling a team of 4 to 8 people.

Competency Required:

Business Performance evaluation
Budgeting & Forecasting for multiple business units
Good internal/external communicator being able to build strong relationships, influencing and presenting at a senior level Desirable
Working experience in Ethiopia
Knowledge of local market environment & trends, government policy and regulatory requirements
