Qualification and Experience: MA/MSc/BA/BSc degree in Economics,Business Management, Accounting or related field with 10 years of relevant banking experience out of which 4years is Managerial level experience mainly on Branch grade III or equivalent and above for BA degree and/or 8years of relevant banking experience out of which 3 years is Managerial level experience mainly on Branch grade Ill or equivalent and above for MA degree.

Core Competency: [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork,Integrity & Trust, and Customer Focus], and
Functional Competency:[Knowledge of Bank Industry Product, ability to give appropriate guidance to Branches under the District, Analytical skill, Know-how of how to coordinate and manage the overall operations of the District and branches under the district and intermediate computer proficiency).
