Job Description

Type studies and other periodic efficiency studies

Receive and deal with different incoming and outgoing correspondences

Skill and educational background

  • Diploma or Level IV in Customer Contact and Secretarial Operation Coordination, Secretarial Science, Administrative Secretary, Office Administration and Secretarial Science, and Administrative Services Management & Technology System.
  • No prior experience required and Coc Level IV obligatory.
  • Age shall not exceed 40 years

 2: Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Read incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to decide their significance and plan their distribution.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, together with faxes and email.
Greet guests and decide whether they need to be given entry to particular people.
Make journey preparations for executives.
Provide administrative and clerical help to the Office

Job Description
