1.Assistance Storekeeper/ Social marketing/

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for product receipt, storage, and dispatch.

Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities under the supervision of main storekeeper.

Arrange for storage facilities when required.

ensure products are handled in such a way quality is not compromised.

Update every information on stock card, bin card and so on.

Prepare and avail stock reports to the main storekeeper on timely basis.

Up on unloading of new products from procurement, making sure all the necessary conditions ready in time.

Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, and delivering products while unloading products with the guidance of the main storekeeper.

Alerts the main storekeeper that all products in the warehouse and other medical supplies are utilized before their expiry dates.

Daily update the temperature log of each warehouse and maintain.

Prepare the warehouse for inventory and provide appropriate documents.

Skill and educational background

  • Druggist or Junior pharmacist
  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Readiness to guide, share experiences and enforce professional discipline.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to record test results methodologically.
  • Readiness to work in teams.
  • Pro-choice.

2: Laboratory Technician/Storekeeper

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collects and labels all specimens and ensures that they are as per the order;

Undertakes laboratory tests as prescribed by the medical staff;

Puts the interest of clients / patients above all other considerations and ensures the confidentiality of all cases;

Handles properly all laboratory instruments / equipment and ensures timely reporting of mechanical failures;

Ensures proper receipt, storage, safe keep, utilization and regular replenishment of enough stocks of required lab supplies by pre-establishing re order level;

Maintains proper, up-to-date and orderly daily records of laboratory tests on registration book and ensures their readily availability for reference and inspection;

Receives laboratory reagents by checking and ensuring the date of expiry;

Renders proper training to technicians and / or assistants, as deemed necessary;

Ensures the maintenance of a high level of standard;

Avails himself/herself to regular stock taking as and when required;

Prepares and submits monthly and / or annual laboratory and stock reports, as deemed necessary;

Ensures proper storage handling, and issuance of drugs, office supplies and other store items as per MSIE Store management procedures;

Receives, stores, tags and tracks store Items, prepares property lists and Keep Separate register of all store Items;

Maintains the store records area, and storage area in a neat and orderly manner;

Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with receipts or Issue Vouchers;

Performs related tasks as required.

Skill and educational background

  • Diploma as lab technician
  • Two years’ experience
  • Capacity to learn from seniors
  • Basic understanding of lab apparatus operation
  • Ability to be methodical
  • Good recording practice
  • Pro-choice

 3: Reception/Cashier

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives and handles clients/visitors, provides appropriate information to enquiries and arranges appointments,

Collects all clinic income with MSIE’s legal receipts,

Maintains adequate security measures for the safe keep of cash and documents in her possession,

Prepares, tabulates and submits monthly clients’ statistical data and income statement,

Maintains all clients’ cards and records following standard rules and procedures of records control and filing system and ensures that they are up-to-date, orderly, properly filed and readily retrievable for reference and inspection.

Handles all communications including making telephone calls and ensuring the receipts of messages.

Handles petty-cash fund, the amount of which shall be stipule

Skill and educational background

  • Diploma in Accounting or Secretarial Science and Office Management.
  • Two Years of relevant experience.
  • Good Language proficiency of Local Language and spoken English.
  • The ideal candidate will be professional, well presented, and enthusiastic.
  • Organized and able to multi-task candidate with good phone communication, and computer skills.
  • Good interpersonal Skill.
  • Knowledge of Family Planning and Reproductive Health is Advantage
