1.Customer Service Representative

MeQrez is now looking to hire experienced candidates who are visionary to contribute a positive impact in team of MeQrez for a Customer Service Representative that will primarily interacts with customers on behalf of the company in order to provide help for resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.

Major Responsibilities of this role:

  • Oversee the customer service department.
  • Provide positive and professional customer service to our customers and partners.
  • Manages day-to-day operations of the Customer Sales Support team.
  • Maintain seamless daily activities while handling inquiries from customers.
  • Develops, monitors, reports on, and refines departmental KPIs, to ensure that the CS team meets goals and shows continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a customer service program.
  • Assist in developing and documenting processes.
  • Develop and maintain a high-standard relationship and understanding with teams and internal and external customers.
  • Manage all staff aspects, including hiring; cross training; training; development; performance review; salary administration; job descriptions; team organization and motivation of staff.
  • Additional requests/projects, as assigned by the manager.

Term of Employment: Permanent up on satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

skill and educational background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management.
  • Self-starter/ Positive attitude.
  • Four years plus experience as a Customer Service supervisor in a hotel industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic investigation, evaluation, and negotiation skills.
