1.ERP Technical Specialist

Skill and educational background

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized university or college
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant work experience

Required Number: 1
Proven experience in ERP system customization, technical support, and first-line support
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and XML
Strong SQL query development and optimization skills
Experience in layout design and user interface customization
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong communication and collaboration

2 .ERP Finance Specialist

Skill and educational background

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field from a recognized university or college
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
  • Required Number: 1
  • Strong background in finance and accounting principles
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems, particularly in the finance module
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to understand complex financial processes

3 .Assistant Executive Secretary

Skill and educational background

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Foreign Language and Linguistics, or a related field from a recognized university or college
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant work experience
  • Required Number: 1
  • Excellent communication in spoken & Written English
  • Having work experience in summarizing and presenting top managment minutes

Ability to maintain GM’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences
Excellent Customer handling service for both internal & external
Excellent time management (Managing information flow in a timetly and accurate manner)

Proven Computer Knowledge on  Microsoft Word &  Microsoft Excel & internet
Ability to manage several asks simultaneously, be able to prioritize workload & meet deadlines

Capable of successfully passing the external exam required for the position
