1. Junior Property Management Officer

Skill and educational background

BA Degree in Procurement and supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or business related field of study with a minimum of 2(two) years in property management related work experience.

Place of work: Head Office

2. Senior Customer Service Officer Grade – 1

Skill and educational background

  • BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration /Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in banking operations.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

3. Principal Accountant

Skill and educational background

  • MA/MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or other business related field of study, with a minimum of 5/6 years of experience in banking operations (finance department) of which 1 year at Senior Accountant Position.

Certifications in IFRS is mandatory.
Certifications in ACCA is advantageous.

4. Director – Human Capital Development

Skill and educational background

  •  MA/MBA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field with 8/10 years of banking professional experience of which 6 years in managerial position in Human Capital Development. Or MA/MBA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field with 10/12 years of professional experience of which 6 years in managerial position in Human Capital Development.

5. Principal Risk & Compliance Management Office

Skill and educational background

MA/MBA/BA Degree Accounting/ Economics/Management/Business Administration or business related field of study with a minimum of 5/6 years work experience in risk/compliance management of which 1 year at Senior Officer Position.
