 2: CONTACT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE

Skill and educational background

  • Education: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience: Four years proven & relevant post qualification Insurance or financial sector experience on marketing and related positions

Knowledge & Skill

Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
Written & spoken English language proficiency.
Excellent computer skill

3: INFORMATION DESK CLERK

Skill and educational background

  • Education:Diploma in Marketing, Secretarial Science & Office Management or related fields.
