The Talent Program Execution Manager is responsible for designing and implementing talent programs aligned with the bank’s HR strategic objectives. This role involves overseeing consistent talent policies and processes, including talent sourcing, onboarding, workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
The manager will monitor the effectiveness and compliance of Learning and development initiatives, measure their impact on business goals, and make necessary adjustments. They will lead the development of Performance management. The Talent Program Execution Manager plays a vital role in driving the bank’s talent management initiatives and ensuring the success and growth of its employees

Skill and educational background
- MA/MBA degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management, or related fields
- Six (6) years for a Master’s and Eight (8)years for a Bachelor’s degree relevant experience in the Human Resource Development area; Of which three (2) are in supervisory positions.
- IFB exposure is an added advantage.
