Skill and Educational background:
- A Minimum of 12th/10 grade complete per the old /new curriculum with Dry II/public II driving license and minimum 4 years driving expertise in ET or in recognized group.
- Auto/2nd grade driving license is advantageous

2: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHIEF
Skill and Educational background
A Degree Hotel management/ Food and Beverage Service/ Hotel Management/ Restaurant Management/ Hotels and Tourism Management / Cooperative Business management/ Property Management/ Management/ Management/ Marketing Management or any related area of research from a acknowledged TVET/ College/ university with a minimum 9 years’ experience on similar areas at a giant scale catering manufacturing unit or 4/5-star lodge.
OR
Minimum of 10+3/College Diploma/ Level III Certificate in food preparation / Kitchen operation/ foreigner dish cooking/ confectionery/Baking and Pastry making or any associated fields of research from a recognized catering institute/ TVET College with a minimal of 10 years work expertise on comparable areas at a giant scale catering manufacturing unit or 4/5-star lodge.
AGE LIMIT: – 25- 40 Years’ Old Inclusive
LANGUAGE
Knowledge of ET working language English is necessary.
