2: BRANCH ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR – GRADE B
Essential Function
Ensures and ascertains the intactness of data of books of accounts on every day foundation,
Ensures that each one every day transaction tickets are in settlement with System output,
Authorizes transactions and indicators paperwork as referred by the CSO,
Retains and validates Original CD in opposition to the System at time of settlement,
Validates and authorizes deposit/cost of Financial Instruments,
Dispatches / Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of different banks to/from Finance Department,
Keeps custody of every day transaction and account opening paperwork.

Assists and takes over duties of Cash Administrator and Branch Account Administrator in case of absence
Assists Customer Service Specialists in dealing with and counting bulk money deposits/withdrawals
Initiates money switch from/to Cash
Receives and delivers bodily money from and to Cash Administrator
Collects/pays money and debit/credit score the respective accounts
Checks and steadiness bodily money with the Cash Administrator
Skill and educational background
- BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and some other associated fields with 2.5 years of expertise or Diploma(Level IV) in the identical fields with Four years of expertise in banking operation, of which a minimum of 1 year on CSS place.

Essential Function
