1CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR GRADE -1

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque
clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks.

Skill and educational background

  • Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in in Economics or Accounting or Management or Business Administration or
    Finance and Accounting or other business related field of study with Two years of experience in Banking operations.
    NB: Applicants speaking & Writing Afan Oromo and Af- Soomaali language is preferable

2.BRANCH MANAGER – GRADE -1

JOB SUMMARY
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on
established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality
service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Skill and educational background

  • Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance
    or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6(Six) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of
    which 2(Two) year in supervisory position.
    Place of Work: IFB Branches under Addis Ababa City (Abay Sadik /IFB)

3.JUNIOR AUDITOR

JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Auditor is responsible to perform audit at a bank branch, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing
and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditees’ processes and procedures. He/she conducts interviews, surveys, reviews documents, and
prepares working papers, identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent
judgment concerning areas being reviewed, compiles and prepares reports of audit findings.

Skill and educational background

Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Banking & Finance/ Accounting/Business Administration/ Management/Economics
or business related fields of study with a minimum of 2 years work experience in the banking operations.

6 .MANAGER – INVESTOR RELATIONS & FUND MANAGEMENT

JOB SUMMARY
Manager-Investor Relations & Fund Management is responsible to monitor the overall liquidity position of the bank and, authorize the
transfer of cash to/from issue, payment and settlement, reserve, and correspondent bank accounts. Follow-up and propose cash holding
limits for all branches of the Bank and monitor the insurance coverage for cash-holding and cash-in-transit. Moreover he/she review the
accuracy of various reports to be submitted to NBE and/or Management of the Bank. Initiate and follow up the opening of issue accounts of
the Bank’s branches with other banks’ issue account holding branches. Authorize issue account transactions with NBE, and blocking of
shares held as collateral or due to court cases. Follow up the proper recording of share transactions and timely capitalization and payment of
dividend and dividend taxes. Review the transfer of share, dividend calculations and allocation for correctness and compliance with
relevant laws and procedures. Respond to shareholder claims and queries and provide appropriate information to shareholders and
appropriate government organs.

Skill and educational background

Educational Level and work Experience: MA/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration or
related field with 6/8 years of banking professional experience of which 2 years should be at a supervisory position in Fund Management
and Share Administration.
