1: Customer Service Officer I

skills and educational background

  •  B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management, or Agriculture other related field Work experience;
  • Experience: One (1) year Microfinance Customer service/Loan officer, Two (2) year as sales or Marketing, Social worker in any organization, Agriculture Development Agent
  • Or Level IV (COC) in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, Agriculture or other related field Work Experience;
  • 2 years direct work experience in microfinance as customer service officer, Three (3) years as sales or marketing experience
  • Language proficiency: Fluent communication in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo language is required.

Place of work: at branches in Addis Ababa and outlet

2: Accountant I

skills and educational background

  •  B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management, Economics Work Experience;
  • Experience: 1 year direct work experience in microfinance as accountant, Three (3) year in any financial organization as accountant
  • Or Level IV (COC) in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related Work experience;
  • 2 year direct work experience in microfinance as accountant, Four (4) year in any financial organization as accountant

Number of Required= 4

Language proficiency: Fluent communication in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo language is required.

3: Accountant II

skills and educational background

  • B.A Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Business Management, Management, Economics
  • Experience: 2 year direct work experience in microfinance as accountant 4 year in any financial organization as accountant
  • Language proficiency: Fluent communication in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo language is required

Place of work: at Head Office at branches in Addis Ababa

4: Senior Operation

skills and educational background

  • BA in Accounting, Business Management, Finance and Accounting or related relevant field 7 years direct work experience

Language proficiency: Fluent communication in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo language is required

Place of work: At Head Office
