1: Project Manager
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Masters /Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or construction project management or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience of professional experience in high rising building required.
Other Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Ability to partner well with stakeholders across multiple internal functions, and Consulting teams
Strong knowledge of MS Office required.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
Eagerness and ability to learn.
Job Purpose:
To lead the smooth project completion by availing resources needed for the timely completion and as per the quality standards with the optimum cost.

Position 2: Manager, Organizational Development & Change Management
Skills Competencies & Educational background
- Masters /Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience of which 2 years should be at Principal or Sr. Officer
Job Purpose:
To support the bank achieve organizational efficiency through initiating and implementing structural, process and job related changes in light of corporate strategic objectives
