 1: Director of Sustainability Department

Skill and Educational background

Master’s Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management, Environmental Engineering, Development Economics, Project Management, Macro Economic Forecasting and Modelling, Environmental and Natural Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Business Leadership, Finance, Social Studies or a related field.
Certification in ESG or sustainability frameworks is a plus.
Previous Work Experience

A minimum of ten years of experience in sustainability and sustainability related jobs is required.

Skill and Educational background

Master’s degree in risk management, Climate Change and Disaster Risk Management, Environmental and Natural Resources, Project Management, Environmental Engineering, Business Leadership, Economics, Social Studies, or related fields.

Previous Work Experience

A minimum of five years of experience in risk management or compliance within financial institutions or corporate sectors.

Master’s degree in development economics, Economics, Macro Economic Forecasting and Modelling, Environmental and Natural Resources, Business Administration, Business Leadership, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally within the financial services or corporate sector.
Proven track record of managing sustainability programs, including sustainable finance initiatives.
Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and policies at the organizational level is a plus.

Experience in product development within the banking sector or related industries is advantageous.
