1: Site Acquisition Expert
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Acquisition Expert to join our team. The role holder will be responsible for planning, identifying, evaluating, and securing sites for construction projects, ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained in the timely completion of project milestones under his scope. This role requires a strong understanding of local zoning regulations, environmental considerations, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential locations for projects.
Coordinate with local government agencies, property owners, and community stakeholders to secure site access and permits.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of site acquisition processes and permits obtained.
Negotiate lease agreements and other contracts with landowners and stakeholders.
Process site lease and construction payment on ERP
Manage vendor counterpart person and teams to achieve set project targets from both schedule, budget, and quality points of view
Input SAQ start criteria, completion as well acceptance criteria with coordination with other project parties like NWP, design, quality, CW, and telecom implementation
Plan, manage, and monitor project SAQ-related communication, meetings, reporting, and documentation are being executed as required
Plan and manage needed vendor and subcontractor resources with continuous follow-up and audit
Ensuring that the SAQ, permitting works are completed by requirements of customer, country regulation & local authorities’ guidance
Support project manager in creating/validating of roll out forecast based on agreed lead time
Verify and solve the problem of vendors for acquisition and site-build activities
Manage the Coordination, scheduling, and tracking of site visits and technical team visits with various departments
Participates in progress meetings and provides SAQ, permitting reports. Participating in meetings with local authorities
Controlling vendors regarding SAQ, and permitting works on the sites. Initiating and leading meetings with vendors to analyze the progress, highlights & challenges.
Must have below technical/professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
Advanced Degrees is an advantage
PMP Certificate is an advantage.
Experience in a similar national-level position in a project with an FTK vendor environment
Proven work experience with operators, vendors, and subcontractors
In-depth experience in SAQ works and scope
Min 5 years of similar position experience
Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of zoning laws, land use policies, and permitting processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience with environmental impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
