Position Overview:
As a Booking Agent at Hybrid Designs Plc, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and providing top-notch support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, offering information, and assisting with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Provide support, information, and assistance based on company services.
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and maintain satisfaction.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Follow up on customer calls and ensure complete resolution of their needs.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, Communication, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly within a call center or similar environment, is highly valuable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Based on the company’s new salary scale.
