1. Internal Auditor
Skill and educational background
Education: MBA/MA/MSc. BA, BSc in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or any other related fields
Experience: 2 years of experience in a relevant position in the banking industry, of which 1 years as Jr. internal auditor or related positions.
Location: Addis ababa
Other Requirements:
– Excellent knowledge of Banking business and its risk exposures;
– Good interpersonal relationship;
– Excellent team work capability.
2. Senior Risk Management Officer
Skill and educational background
Qualification: MSC, MA, BA, BSC In Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Experience: 3/5 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as Officer, Risk & Compliance or equivalent in the banking industry.

3. Customer Service Officer I
Skill and educational background
Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration.
Experience Requirement: 1 (One) year of relevant experience in a Bank
Location: Mekelle
4. Branch Manager I
Skill and educational background
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies Required.
Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
