 1: Receptionist

Skill and educational background

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to join our team! Responsibilities:

Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Register new patients and collect necessary information and insurance details.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and collect co-pays as needed (following hospital guidelines).
Maintain accurate patient records.

Provide clear and concise information about hospital services, policies, and visiting hours.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
