1:System Administrator

Job Summary:

Support business continuity and growth by monitoring and controlling different systems and domain environment of the company through performing upgrading and maintenance tasks on hardware and software, following-up their activity levels, resolving technical problems, developing new system structures as necessary ensuring system security and smooth and efficient running on a daily basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Configure and maintain the networked computer system, including system software, and applications.
Administer user accounts as per the user accounts policy.
Monitor user and computer accounts Policy and ensure compliance.
Ensure user and computer statistics on Active Directory are accurate
Create a backup and safeguard the data if there are any hindrances.
Optimize processes and recommend process improvement.

Plan, coordinate, and implement system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware of the company.

Skill and educational background

The position requires a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/BIS/MIS, or related fields.  MS Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator/Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certificate is a plus.

Experience: 4 years’ equivalent work experience in a technical analytical position responsible for managing server environments

Required Skills:

In-depth Knowledge of Operating Systems.
In-depth Knowledge of Cloud Computing, clustering, and virtualization.
Familiarity with TCP/IP and other network protocols.
General knowledge of storage technologies such as SAN or NAS, as well as Active Directory or other directory services.
Proven experience with systems planning, security principals, and general software management best practices.
Strong understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical employees.
