1. Branch Manager – Class II Branch

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he ensures that operating procedures, rules, regulations and code of practices of the bank are adhered to by subordinates. The jobholder leads the branch sales and customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he prepares and submits annual budget, operational plan and activity and progress reports.

Skill and Educational Background

BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management & Business Administration plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the banking sector of which three (3) years in a supervisory position.

2. Principal – Digital Partners Relationship Management Officer

Job Summery:

The jobholder is responsible for coordinating digital partners Relationship Management. She/ he handles relationship with corporate billers,

online merchants, fintech, etc. She/ he is responsible for digital integration activities within the Bank. She/he is also responsible for sourcing

and implementing digital/ecosystem partnership opportunities for the Bank.

Skill and Educational Background

BA Degree in Management, Accounting and Finance, Marketing, MIS, E-Commerce, Economics or related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience in banking industry.

Job Summery:

The job holder is responsible to establish communications systems by installing, operating and maintaining voice and data

telecommunications network circuits and equipment. Prepare technical specification and evaluate bid documents for all telephone facilities & equipment’s.

Skill and Educational Background

Diploma in Electronics Technician or related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in telephone technician preferably in the banking sector.
