In every household, daycare center, orphanage and school, children must be raised scientifically by trained nannies with love and care. Mostly to ensure that, by taken care of children at the grass root level, we ensure that our country will have a better next generation.

Providing standard training for women seeking employment,returnees from Gulf countries, immigrants, and nannies without training. We also aim to include home stay moms and those who lack knowledge about their profession. Nannies who train at our training center will be able to become professional nannies and obtain employment opportunities, so they can support their families and earn a living. Further, parents at work can concentrate on their jobs and become more productive with a peace of mind knowing their children are in good hands.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team and uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Skill and educational background

Diploma or Degree; in any field.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve issues.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in using customer service tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will handle a variety of customer interactions via phone, email, and text, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer inquiries and issues through multiple channels, including phone, email, and text.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding services, and general inquiries.
Proactively identify and address customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with other departments.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
