1. Junior Talent Management Officer

Job Description:

Co-ordinating and follow up the Talent aquation and best talent selection for all posts in the company
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees, corporate learning and training sessions, learning forums etc.
Monitor and maintain the TM data of the HRM system and other systems related to onboarding, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, internal career plan to ensure that accurate information is available and easily accessible
Build and maintain a database of applicants as a resources tool for the sourcing best practices.
Deal with recruitment agencies and vacancy announcement sites
Monitor the participant’s progress throughout each training session and keep managers informed of progress and bring to their attention any issues.
Provide information about training sessions for all employees and managers, and collect employee and management questions.
Facilitate and compile Training effectiveness evaluation data and prepare a report.
Follow-up on progress and attendance of all learning and development activities, report on progress and identify issues or risks and recommend solutions or mitigations to stakeholder
Coordinate, and facilitate the Centre wide Performance Review and Assessment (PRA) Process for all employees,
Supports in the development of Performance Improvement Plans that are commensurate with the issue and the time required to reasonably expect evidence of improvement, and counsels and mediates in appraisal discussions
The JTM Officer will prepare Performance Review timelines, emails to employees, managers and review committee which will be reviewed by the manager.
Prepare various presentations, formats and working tools or other materials related to Talent management as required.
Compile and analyze quantitative and qualitative data for the preparation of annual employee performance evaluation and document the report.
Manage all records regarding company learning and development activity and serve as a knowledge organizer.

Skill and educational background

BA degree Management, Human Resource management, public administration, Business Management, Management and similar fields of study

Experience: Zero year of experience with high passion working with Talent management

Knowledge and Skills:

Communication with different employees and team work
Professional thinking and able to handle multiple tasks

2. Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient operation of the stores area, including supervising other members of Stores, supplier returns, stock checks & stock rotation, as requested, customer returns and stores organization.
Warehouse Supervisor need to Work closely with the logistics and facilities manager, in coordination with other teams and lead the efforts of the staff under his/her supervision to smoothly run the warehouse operations. Among others, his/her responsibilities are:
Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
Plans, organize, directs and evaluate the performance of the staff under direct supervision
Establishes performance requirements and personal development targets; regularly monitors performance and provides coaching for performance improvement and development
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse customer goods s.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; ensures efficient space utilization; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
Ensuring material stocks are within the set threshold at all times
Handling administrative matters associated with the position.
Supply report on warehouse inventory program of Stock in, Stock out, Monthly report on Quantity and Value of current Customer goods and raw materials and Monitor trends in inventory.
Schedule work and keep personnel issues of the team under your direction

Skill and educational background

Advanced diploma or First degree in Logistics Management, Business Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Warehouse Management or similar field of study

Experience: 4 years of relevant experience for a Diploma holder, 2 years the experience for BA degree holders
