Mulu-G Health Service is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and diligent individual to assist the Chief Operating Officer at MuluG.

1: Office Assistant

Education: Degree in any field

Experience: Fresh graduate

The responsibilities of the position include:

Assisting the COO in day-to-day activities.
Managing clerical tasks: preparing outgoing letters; receiving, sorting, and documenting incoming letters; preparing contracts/agreements.
Managing personnel files and documents: tracking employee leaves and absentees, keeping employee records, etc.
Performing HR-related duties: posting vacancy announcements, recruitment and off-boarding, supervising personnel allocation, handling HR announcements, etc.
Skills:

MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint proficient,
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Amharic and English typing skills
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
