1. Cashier
Location: South Omo, Dimeka, South West Ethiopia
Job Description:
Make cash payments only after getting approval/authorization from Responsible authority.
Ensure that all payments are done against serially pre-numbered cash payment vouchers.
Effect payments related with training, perdiem and allowances when necessary and after documents fulfilled.
Maintain petty cash fund, keeps in the safe place, and prepares cash report with all supporting documents.
Request for replenishment when the expenditure reaches 75% of the petty cash fund and work advance fund upon the authorization and approval of the project manager.
Daily update of the excel file with the monthly projects activities expenditure
Collection of bank statement and advice on monthly basis and whenever there is a need
Effects payment of bill such as telephone, electricity, water, etc. Upon approval of the authorized person.
Scan documents up on the request of the project administrator
Perform any additional assignment by the immediate supervisor.
Collection of Income taxes, Pension and Withholding tax receipts monthly from respective government organization.
Skill and educational background
Mnium requirement Diploma in Accounting and finance or other related field of study
Mnium 1 year experience in Similar role
Resident of South Omo region area

2. Logistician – Civil Engineer
Location: Gambela, Gambela
Job Description:
Guarantee the optimization of the use of common resources such as vehicles, spaces, and materials, coordinating the different activities and needs
Guarantee, in collaboration with technicians, adequate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the infrastructures and equipment, including IT equipment
Guarantee adequate storage, inventory and monitoring of the use of materials.
Ensure the smooth running of all logistical project activities in compliance with local legislation, donor rules and official agreements with the authorities
Designing basic structures’ rehabilitations, elaboration of Bill of Quantities and Costs’ estimation;
Supervision of all construction works administrating Construction Contracts and ensure that the contractual clauses, with respect to both quality and quantity of work are respected and the works are realized in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Contracts.
Make all engineering decisions required for the successful and timely implementation of the Construction Contracts in consultation with CUAMM, Technical /Construction and infrastructures sector manager and in line manager.
Maintain works book updated and reporting on regular basis to CUAMM on the constructions implementations updates.
Act on behalf of CUAMM, to review all activities associated with construction to ensure compliance, approve materials, issue orders to the Contractors in consultation with the CUAMM Technical/Construction and infrastructures sector manager and in line manager
Skill and educational background
Minimum a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
Relevant experience of 3-5 years in logistic coordination.
Relevant experience of 2-3 years in designing rehabilitations and elaborating BoQ and supervision
Previous experience with NGO agencies is an asset.
