Skill and educational background
- BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in banking operations.

2: BRANCH MANAGER – GRADE – 1
Skill and educational background
- BA Degree in Management/ Economics/ Accounting & Finance/ Marketing/ Banking & Finance/ Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6(Six) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2(two) year in supervisory position
- Place of Work:Yirgalem Branch
3: CAPITAL MARKET ADVISOR
Skill and educational background
- Master’s Degree and above in Finance, Economics or related field with 8 years and above professional financial institutions, capital markets or related work experience.
- A professional certification such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred.
- Extensive experience in capital market advisory, investment analysis, and financial risk management within the banking industry.
- Proven expertise in asset-liability management, investment strategy development, and portfolio optimization.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, risk assessment frameworks, and financial modeling techniques.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
