Oromia Insurance S.C. (OIC) was established and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 26th January 2009 to engage in general insurance business.

1: Risk Management & Compliance Services Officer

Skill and educational background

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting or Marketing, Banking & Insurance or related fields of study from recognized higher learning institution

Work Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience in insurance operations.

Work Place: Addis Ababa

2: Senior Strategy & Change Management Officer

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics or related fields.

Work Experience: 4 years of relevant work experience in strategy or change management or planning or marketing or business development or equivalent positions

Work Place: Head Office


Term of employment all job positions is Permanent;
Work Place all job position are Head Office of the Company
Salary is as per the Company Scale;
