1.CEO Assistant

Job Description

  • Managing emails, phone and other communication
  • Acting as the point of contact among managers, employees, customers and other external partners
  • Receiving and delivering messages and information to relevant parties
  • Managing the CEOs calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments and other relevant events
  • Prioritizing and resolving any scheduling conflicts
  • Attending meetings or other events as needed
  • Implementing time-saving strategies where possible
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization

Skill and educational background

  • M.A/B.A Degree in Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System  or any related field of study from recognize university/college
  • 0 years of experience for MA  or 2 years of experience for BA
