Since its inception 15 years ago, Kerchanshe has established a track record of fair trading and excellent customer service, and now employs over 1900 permanent staff and 25,000 seasonal staff. Directly and indirectly, it impacts the livelihoods of over 1 million coffee growers throughout the southern and south-western coffee-cultivating regions of Ethiopia.

1.Senior Strategy Planning and Budgeting Expert

Skill and educational background

BA or MA in Strategy Management/Business Administration/Management/ Public Administration and Development Management or related fields
Experience: 5 years for BA, 3 years for MA

2. HR Planning and Recruitment Expert

Skill and educational background

BA or MA in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management/ Public Administration Development Management or related fields.
Experience: 2 years for BA, 0 year for MA
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

3.Head ,Employee Benefit and Compassion

Skill and educational background

BA in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Business Administration and other related field’s.
Experience: 6-year Work experience as a senior Human Resource officer which out of at least 2 years as a Head of HR Operation.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Salary: As per the organization’s salary scale

4. Sales Officer for jimma and Adama

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
Experience: 6-year Work experience as a senior Human Resource officer which out of at least 2 years as a Head of HR Operation.
Place of work: jimma and Adama

5. Senior IT Support Expert

BSc or MSc Computer Science or Computer Engineering or MIS or ICT or Computer Application or Database Administration or Computer Science or Information System or Information science or Information data Science and Analytics or ICT Service Management or Cloud Computing  or  related field of studies
Experience: 5 years for BSc, 3 years for MSc
