Skill and educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with two (2) years of demonstrated experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with regular prospects/ customers.
Prepare accurate and timely reports, maintain potential customer contact records, and handle enquiries quickly and professionally.
Demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with the demand.
Produce innovative ideas and sales activities to meet objectives/ targets on time.
be knowledgeable and provide information that is comprehensive enough to satisfy customers’ request
Handling difficult customers and grievances
