Position Overview: 

As an intern in the Department of Organizational Solutions, you will contribute to projects involving organizational diagnostics, system optimization, organizational design and establishment, quality improvement, and standardization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about organizational strategy, seeking to gain comprehensive experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies.
• Conduct market research and contribute to strategic plan development.

• Participate in organizational diagnostics and system optimization.
