Job Summary:

The position holder will be responsible for receiving payments made to SOS CVE, depositing cash and cheques received to bank account, effecting cash and cheque payments as per the directives thereon. Further the cashier carries out the activities of journalizing and posting of income and expenditures, debit and credit of various accounts timely and appropriately.

Skill and educational background

College Diploma in Accounting or similar discipline

Experience: Two years’ relevant work experience

Competency Required:

Report writing skill
Strong set of personal values including integrity, honesty and desire to be of service
Ease of using computers with mastery on application soft wares such as MS Work, MS Windows, and MS Excel.
Proficiency in English language (both in writing and speaking)
NGO experience is advantageous

2. IYCF-E Officer/Breastfeeding Counselor

Job Summary:

The position holder will be responsible for ensures activities fit within the framework of the National Nutrition Program and ensures good relations with local stakeholders and partner in the operational area, for whom s/he has been allocated responsibility.

Skill and educational background

BSc. degree or Diploma in public health with IT experience and/or health and nutrition information management
Experiences: Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in in monitoring and evaluation of health and nutrition
Computer literacy (Word Processing, PowerPoint, Spreadsheet, Access) skills are essential
Demonstrated experience in developing/designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating plans and associated quantitative and qualitative tools
Have basic skills on information assessment, analysis and report writing skills
Demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation. CMAM related experience is an added advantage.
Understanding of the current M&E trends and especially M&E systems in CMAM program.
